Harry Dornbusch Founder and President

Mr. Dornbusch has been actively involved in the real estate business for more than 25 years. He has successfully completed projects totaling more than 10 million SF in Colombia, Venezuela and Florida.

Mr. Dornbusch's extensive expertise encompasses several successful projects in office, industrial, retail and multifamily developments such as: Whispering Woods Center, Palmetto Center, Vista de Oro, Puerto Plata and Merposur. In addition to his ventures in Real Estate Development, Mr Dornbusch founded and heads Matelfer C.A., an important distributor of supplies for the construction industry in Venezuela.

Mr. Dornbusch is a Civil Engineer of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Freddy M. Boulton Engineering

Mr. Boulton is a veteran engineer with more than 30 years in the construction business. Throughout his career in Venezuela and USA, he has been involved in the successful completion of several projects including office parks, manufacturing facilities, residential buildings, roads & public works and institutional developments. His expertise includes work as a General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor and Private Developer.

Mr. Boulton graduated from the Institute of Technology Antonio Jose de Sucre in 1975 and is a graduate of the Management Program at IESA.

Rodrigo Azpurua

Rodrigo Azpurua is a CCIM designee with experience in commercial real estate transactions in Florida that exceeds $40 Millions.

Rodrigo has a law degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela and has 14 years of real estate legal practice and international laws. He is a member of the worldwide recognized PMI and has been directly involved in the construction and successfully delivery of 560 K sq. ft. of commercial space. He is currently managing the planning, designing, and delivery of 760 K sq. ft of office space in several different markets of Florida.

Freddy E. Boulton Manager

Mr. Boulton started his career as a consultant for Andersen Consulting where he developed his expertise in Process and Operations Management. In 1997, he obtained an MBA at Cambridge Business School to later head different ventures in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brasil and Mexico. His expertise has centered around Operations Management and Sales & Marketing.

Since his invovement in Florida Real Estate in 2003, he has been responsible for the development and implemention of marketing strategies to generate sales of more than $30 million dollars. He is a member of the pretegious Chairman's Club in Re/Max.
